Give a Flock! For only $25.00 – Anyone residing in West Hartford can be surprised with a Flock of Flamingos*!!! Attached to the Flock will be a note with your personal message. The Flock stays in place on the recipient’s lawn for at least 2 days. Flock delivery and pickup are done secretly by Conard Parent volunteers.
